This crunchy salad! Organic greens, organic diced carrots, sunflower seeds (salted), olive oil & balsamic, topped with a bit of aged cheddar.
Dinner – Red Lobster. Mama had scallops, shrimp, & chicken. Daddy had steak & shrimp. Yum-o.
Lunch for the kidlets-
coconut flour donut, deli ham, olives, carrots & red cabbage, a dried fruit leather, & a banana.
Breakfast- EGGS! w/ cheddar cheese
That burger is stuffed with gorgonzola. Can you say, YUM! I forced some wilted spinach on everyone, sauteed in olive oil.
Fried “rice”. Rice half a head of cauliflower, steam slightly. Chop red cabbage & carrots (and any other veggies you desire). Heat a wok over med/low heat with olive oil. Cook veggies until tender. Add two eggs, scramble. Add cooked, diced chicken. I topped it all with coconut aminos. The kids ate a couple helpings each. Feeds a crowd! We have plenty left for lunch tomorrow. Chicken- $5.83, 1/2 head cauliflower + 1/2 head cabbage $2.00, 1 lb organic carrots- $.79. Dinner for 7 (plus next day lunch) $8.62
