We’ve started an exercise regime.
It’s called the Grok Walk.
We go out front, together as a family. We warm up with lunges, planks, push ups, whatever. Usually giggles are involved.
Then we leap (or tumble over, whatever the case may be) the fence and head off down the street.
Along the way we add sporadic sprints for about 60 seconds (BEAR!!!!!).
We wrap up at the school playground across the street- monkey bars, rock wall climbing, pull ups (attempted, not so successfully), bench hoping, bear attack. . .
By the time we get home- we are energized, giggling, and tired! It may only be 30 minutes, but it’s a good 30 minutes!
